The word pasta means dough in Italian.

Whole grain pasta is definitely a healthy breakfast option, which can be made in a few minutes.

They say cook your pasta to “al dente” which literally means “to the tooth”

There are two rules when you are cooking pasta.
Don’t overcook it or don’t undercook it. Cook it until it’s just firm.

It’s a very popular dish globally, which has its roots in Hyderabad. We Hyderabadis love the flavors of this dish and can’t get enough of it. So we try and experiment it in different versions.

Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani is a ubiquitous dish which is loved by everyone.

It uses a unique style of cooking where the raw chicken is marinated with ethnic spices and cooked with rice in a earthen clay pot or a deg under dum.

The taste is divine is all I can say, do try to make biryani in an earthen clay and enjoy the flavors.

A culinary degree can’t match grandma’s cooking as it just can’t match the love, care and personal standards that only she can stir in.
At the end of the day my goal is to cook like my grandma, pouring my heart out into her recipes ❤️.

Kutihui kalimirch gosht is a spicy dish made with meat, where the meat is shredded with a wooden hand masher and fried with fresh black pepper along side some fresh herbs and spices.

Medu Vada
Medu Vada is a South Indian fritter. It is usually made in a doughnut shape, with a crispy exterior and soft interior.

The medu vada is made primarily of black lentils (urad dal). The black lentils are soaked in water for several hours, and then ground to a paste. The paste may be flavoured with other ingredients such as asafoetida, methi seeds (fenugreek), ginger, cumin seeds, black pepper, curry leaves, chillies and coconut pieces. It is then patted into doughnut-shapes and fried in oil until golden brown.
