🚨 Medicare Patients are at Risk: Virtual Visits are No Longer Covered 🙀

As of this month, Medicare will no longer cover virtual (telehealth) appointments for non-mental health care. For years, I’ve used these visits to regularly check in on dozens of my Medicare patients—many of whom are homebound, disabled, or too frail to make it into clinic.

These virtual visits aren’t just “convenient”—they keep my patients alive. They prevent unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations. They help me catch problems early before they become life-threatening.

Now, with this coverage ending, I am deeply worried. Without access to telehealth, some of my most vulnerable patients will simply go without care. And the truth is stark: this change will put lives at risk.

We cannot allow cost-cutting policies to undo the progress we’ve made. I am urging everyone to speak up—contact your representatives, senators, and community leaders. We must demand continued Medicare funding for telehealth to protect the health and dignity of our seniors.

This is not about convenience…This is about survival.
