Our summer schedule is filling up fast. If your child will need a physical this summer please call the office to schedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that Kindergarten, 6th, 7th and 12th have vaccine requirements that will prevent them from attending if not met. If your child is in those grades please be sure they are up to date.

Unfortunately one of our FMG families needs our help. This adorable little girl just got a diagnosis no parent should ever have to hear. Layla is the youngest of 5 children so juggling all of what is about to be ahead for them will be challenging. A meal chain has been started as a first step to helping them along their journey. Good morning!!! We are aware of the case of measles in Suffolk county and I’m sure many of you have questions. As of today there is no change to the recommendations for vaccinations. The schedule of the first dose at 12 months of age and the second at 4 years old remains the same. If your child is up to date with vaccines you should have no concerns. If your child is NOT up to date please call the office to discuss scheduling an appointment.
