Found two new protein products to try and they are great. Both bought from countdown nzl. 13.8g Protein in this yoghurt and this almond which unfortunately you have to drink a quarter of to get 10g protein. So could get pricey

I have been using this for two weeks now it’s such a great way to add protein into your diet or you kid’s sneakily. It can be bought at Pak n Save.

My go to breakfast at the moment in prep for summer. One whole egg with four egg whites and what ever veg I want to add. 28g protein. I change up the veg and sometimes have a bit of tomato relish that I make myself or with some avo.

My veg burger for lunch didn’t need the protein filling as the bun is a whopping 14.6g of protein in it. It’s made with almond meal, coconut flour and egg white. made these keto protein buns which I bought at Countdown.

🍕Cauliflower pizza night. 🍕It went down so well. Just one bag of cauliflower rice or one head of cauliflower grated with 1 egg and a half cup of cheese. Bake the base ahead of time. Simple. I make my normal pizzas from scratch and this is easier. No kneading or waiting for dough to rise so no excuse.

My morning tea this morning ! Protein yoghurt with this BLUE FROG Breakfast cereal YUM!!! 10grams of protein in each of the seven serves. I bought mine at Countdown. The calories are quite high (266cals) but it is nutritious and as long as you have made allowance for the calories in your daily total it can be a tasty addition to one of your meals.

I just tried this bread $10 at countdown. In two slices there are 10g protein!!!!!! Amazing also so low in carbs 0.7g. Super high in fibre as well to support your gut health. I toasted mine and was very happy with it. Calories for two slices are 128 calories. With my eggs added to it it packs a good protein serving. I still need to try the bread as a sandwich.

I tried stand up paddle boarding on the weekend in Mangawhai. I was the slowest of my group 😅 but it was my first time and this was two days after a big shoulder day so I really felt it. We did 3kms. So glad I got this chance to confirm that I need a SUP.
