✨ Receiving Pleasure✨

It's been a while since I've posted and oh how things have changed for me. But one thing I've been focusing on is receiving. Many of us are good at giving, but how many of us spend an entire day thinking about how we can receive others and their energy?

•

In relationship, making space and receiving is just as important and giving space and love. And if we can't receive, then we often miss the kind gestures that people extend to us because we are so focused on giving.

•

So I challenge everyone, as I had to recently challenge myself, to spend an entire week focusing on receiving. And how do we do that? Simply focus on what gives you pleasure. Receive that daily, in the moment.

•

Let it fill your heart, and see what happiness and radiance receiving pleasure can bring you.
•

Growing up 🌺

Another year older and another year wiser. In the midst of a heavy Venus retrograde was my birthday - and there's no greater present from the universe than learning how to be an adult within a relationship.
•
Being an adult goes further than "holding down a job and doing the laundry". Can you have a conversation? Can you identify and leave your self-destructive tendencies at the door? Can you learn how to connect with others while also learning to hold your own space? Can you set boundaries, and respect the boundaries of others? Do you know your worth, and do you allow it to be reflected to you in each person in your life?
•
Despite any upheavals in your relationships, reflect on these questions. Are you showing up as an adult? And if so - are they? Do your work, know your worth, and allow yourself to see who your true friends/lovers are.
•
And remember: if it was yours to lose, it was never yours to begin with. What is meant for you can never be taken away. 💖💖💖

The feminine ✨🌺

Each of us has feminine (the being) and masculine (the doing) energy within ourselves. But in a world that emphasizes "doing", we often forget the passive power of our feminine - the power to transform, to create, to rest and receive.

•

There are times in our life where we need the magnetic and loud power of the masculine to transcend, give, and manifest, but let's not forget the wisdom of the feminine. SHE is one with her heart and intuition. SHE gives us the power of self care, of life, of love. SHE is the one who receives pleasure and manifests bliss.

•

When I work with women who have trouble being intimate or reaching or**sm in bed, it is often because they are disconnected from their inherent feminine nature. When we can learn how to connect to HER and to rest within the feminine energy, we relax. SHE teaches us to hold our own space first. We open, we receive ourselves more fully - in full acceptance. And in this space of ultimate bliss, we learn how to receive pleasure from others as well.

I used to be so afraid of my sexuality - of the raw and pure power that was released every time I felt aroused. But then something changed. I started to enjoy my sensuality, the pleasure my body could give me.

I remember when I first started practicing ta**ra, I was still carrying years of trauma, guilt, shame, and severely low self esteem. But little by little, as I went deeper into my sexual energy, I healed and I grew into my self worth and self love. I freed myself.

✨
When you go this deep into your own sexual energy, you realize that it is much more than physical arousal. It's a creative force, it's a love so strong it makes your body shake, and it's the kind of bliss that's so intense you have to share it with another. In sort, it's absolute freedom to be your authentic self.

Nothing else has brought me as much joy and self realization as the ta***ic path. Nothing else has been able to teach me about self worth, boundaries, and how to share love in a respectful way.

Ma********on 🔥

Maybe it's a taboo subject, but I don't care. Ma********on is a form of healing, of honoring the self, of playing with your soul.

Life is meant to be playful, spontaneous, and blissful. The deepest parts of ourselves - our souls - are meant to be honored and respected in the gentlest and most loving way. And as with everything, our inner world is where this begins.

•

When ma********on becomes a meditation, we begin to honor ourselves in the most uplifting and powerful way. We begin to observe ourselves as the worthy, wonderful being we truly are. But we also give ourselves the permission to harness our sexual energy to create a life of bliss and love.

•

Much of my life's work is involved with bringing to light the magic that is our sexual energy - so go out there and live in bliss! I give you permission.

The only way out is through ❣️

Lately I have been sitting with my pain and my grief - and that is the most beautiful gift I can give myself. There is power in this process, of staring my pain in the face and feeling it all without running away or "numbing up" as I used to.
•
Once we allow ourselves the moment of emotional "weakness", of being beautifully human, then we serenity and grace quickly follow.
•
This is true strength, which only comes when we stare our "darkness" in the face and realize it was never bad. It was always our salvation - our ticket out of the dark tunnel to the light on the other side.
•
If there is anything that I have learned from this past month of grief and letting go, it's in loving my "good" and my "bad" as equal parts of myself. For I am one, whole, and eternally grateful. 🌺💗✨

"The One" 💗

I'm coming to the understanding that "the one" - that one lover that will make everything right - doesn't exist. And it's for one simple reason: the only person that can do that for me is me.
•
The deeper I go, the more I realize that by recognizing my inner lover, my inner beloved, my inner voice - that I become "the one".
•
And once we see the divine beloved within, the divine beloved of another can enter our life - and that is when two wholes become a one in sacred union.
•
Love is in the air, so remember that by honoring the divine beloved within first, we honor the relationship on a much deeper and more sacred level. Sending love to you all 😘💙🌺

Life has been particularly crazy for me lately - with the focus being on work, then relationships, then work and relationships. All of this while 5 planets are in retrograde and a major eclipse is brewing. 🌙

I know this is a portal. I know this is a rebirth for all of us. We're being asked to go deep, get vulnerable, communicate clearly, and leave behind all that no longer serves us. •
So yesterday I paused my surf session to meditate on the beach - focusing on stillness, grounding, and gratitude. Because despite all of this intensity, the fact that we can feel and bend and transform is such a gift. •
Wherever you are, don't give up, you are closer than you think. Just release, be open, connect with others, and allow yourself to heal. We'll all get there soon together 😘😘😘✨🌺

It's crazy to see dreams become a reality. My dream has always been to open a Wellness Center where different healers could come together and help the world heal, transcend, and shift. Where our common goal was to bring Heaven to Earth. 💖

So when my Soul Sister came into my life and shared her idea to open a small, one-room spa, I immediately asked to be a part of it. 🌺

Eclipses are gateways that force us to let go of what no longer serves us - and push us to align our lives with our souls. 🌙

It sounds incredibly wonderful and mystical until the dark emotions we've been avoiding come up to be fully felt and released. And oh, what a roller coaster this eclipse season has been! 💜
•
I was reminded that spirituality is not only about feeling positive all the time. It's about feeling everything - allowing every emotion to take you deeper and deeper within yourself. And then you find your inner power - to release, to transcend, to transform. 🌺

Remember, all things are impermanent. All things are fluid. You are no different. Come home to your soul today.
