•Certified therapy instruction on healing techniques that aid in aligning your skeletal structure and lengthen tight muscles, proven to drastically reduce body aches and pains!

•Low impact essential core strength training that helps with balance and musc

le toning.

•Hands-on assistance with stretching and massage at the end of class, while you relax into your meditation time, (proven to heal the effects of chronic stress). This studio is for men and women, and provide classes for all abilities. We embrace the Jesus approach to life. Due to circumstances out of our control, Yoga Alternative will temporarily close, while we try to look for a new suitable location.

Our last class at our studio location above Hometown Roots will be June 29th.

Yoga Alternative is looking to share studio rental space with another Health & Wellness entrepreneur.

Yoga Alternative has set class times, in which the space could easily be shared.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who wants to teach on the side: Dance, Physical fitness training, Martial arts, Nutrition etc.
