November 1st, many families across Guilford County are going without SNAP benefits. Good Health Greensboro is matching donations dollar for dollar, and dollar per food item up to $3000: So bring your non-expired, non-perishables to the clinic. Combine this with Second Harvest's ability to tranform $1 into $6 of food, and that's $36,000 of food to our community!

Our patients move us everyday with the honor to help them heal, and how they care for us and one another so profoundly. It is just over a week until the regions biggest celebration of running and fun

There are VERY limited spots remaining so if you haven't registered yet, GET ON IT NOW! Friday night 5K is a glowing good time AND Saturday's events bring the running and the fun with 5 breweries, food, live music and community!

The swag bag includes FREE cup of coffee Brewed & Bottled and a FREE Cryotherapy, Sauna or Compression session at GSO Cryo all right around the corner from the race at Greensboro Sports Performance.
