I know this is a difficult and trying time of uncertainty for all of us. Every news outlet is continuously bombarding our senses with horror stories and it can be very easy to allow it to consume us.

There are deaths and every one of them is an incredibly sad situation. My heart goes out to all those who have been affected.

There are also many who have survived and pulled through. We must allow these stories to shine a light on the resilience of humanity and uplift us. There is hope.

One thing we can be certain of is this will pass.

I am in the process of putting together some helpful advice on how to use self hypnosis to calm our nerves during this time.
