The clean sheets smelt a bit musky so a fresh spray of lavender peace over them has done the trick, also doubles as a calming scent as you are ready for sleep. 💕

Obsessed with the new citrus bloom... let’s hope they do another release at Christmas time!
I find it so fresh and relaxing to diffuse 💕

Cranky baby, tired Mum & a Dad who will probably sleep through the night anyways.... but tonight I opted for an old favourite in the diffuser! Lavender Peace & Cedarwood, a lovely blend to calm the room down with before bedtime.

This morning I added a drop of Yarrow Pom to my moisturiser, I plan on making this a part of my routine as my skin has not been great since having a baby!
I promise I don’t have a blue face, it blends really well. 😂
