Bach Flower remedies are also offered post treatment, to further promote your sense of renewed well-being and assisting you in moving through the changes created by this new flow of energy. A set of six Remedies were curated in 2020 to offer a wider range of assistance with varying anxiety disorders. NLP offers people a unique way to let go of anxiety related issues or traumas by healing through the subconscious. It is an extremely fast and effective way to let go of things that do nothing serve you. Medical Aesthetic services can help you achieve your desired outcome for your largest organ, your skin! Lily and I would like to share a really nice honour from St John Ambulance as their Instructor of the Year ✨😊

I have really enjoyed teaching first aid and CPR over the past two years and meeting so many interesting people. SJA has a long and rich history of being in service in so many capacities, which really speaks to my love of health and wellness, and in particular, mental health.

Thank you to Tim Bauer and Melanie D’Orsay for the acknowledgment. It means so much to me 😊♥️

I have also recently completed my Instructor Trainers Training and will be teaching our future instructors in 2026! I’m looking forward to mentoring these future IDP candidates and supporting them as I have been.

Over the past few weeks, we've journeyed together through reflections on mental health, healing, grief, rest, and compassion.

Maybe you found yourself resonating with the quiet signs that your mind and body were asking for care.
Maybe you reflected on your own experiences with grief or saw your heart in someone else's story.
Maybe you simply noticed — for the first time in a long time — how much you deserve gentleness, patience, and healing.

🌿 Healing isn't something you check off a list.
It’s not a race.
It’s not a linear path.
It’s a tender weaving together of moments — some strong, some soft, all meaningful.

Here are the threads we've gathered together this month:

Listening deeply to your mind, body, and soul

It’s a beautiful day to work from home.
A day for quiet reflection.

Three years ago today, I lost my brother to mental health.
I feel a deeper calm this year.
He is still near.

I talk about him often when I teach.
His story brings awareness, compassion, and sometimes even healing to others who are struggling.

Today, I’m just sitting with that.
And waiting, as always, for a little visit from him. 🕊️

I attended a Fabulous event with my colleague and friend Kyla this morning at Mohawk College and the Women’s Entrepreneurship Breakfast. We celebrated the hard work and tenacity of women in business!!

Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. It is 24/7 constantly thinking and breathing into your heart and how we can be of service to others. I loved speaking with the women I met, and loved the stories shared by the panel.

Thank you Katie for being so raw, honest and open about your journey. Thank you Anita for your valuable advice on how to appear on the Dragons Den. I love your business model!

Thank you Heather for being so transparent about how you started and continue to give through serving delicious food to our community.

With all the planetary alignment, this 33 portal is created.

March will be intense. Get through it by understanding that everything is happening FOR you, not TO you. Practice detachment from your ego. Whether you like it or not, you need this shift.

Thank the universe for this alignment and respond by moving forward.

This will be the most massive, awakening month you will experience. Things will happen fast… Go with it.
