1 Cup Coconut Water
1/2 Small Avocado
1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Handful Fresh Spinach
1 Inch Fresh Ginger
Squeeze of Lemon
Blend all ingredients together and drink up bombshells!

Hey all, I wanted to share this with you because I am super passionate about nutrition and I love sharing what works for me!

Stomach progress ✅ 3 weeks into my TIU Challenge and I am completely de-bloated(is that a word??)! A bloated stomach is the worst...you just feel icky! Not only had the TIU Nutrition Plan (gluten free version) helped with leaning out my stomach, but I have loads of energy!
