On Friday morning, June 13th, our incredible EMTs, Dianelys and Olivia, had the privilege of helping bring a new life into the world! Baby Lilian made her grand entrance weighing 8 lbs 14 oz and measuring 19 inches of pure joy.
It’s not every day we get to assist in a moment as precious as childbirth, and we’re honored to have supported mom and baby during such a meaningful time. Both were safely transported to St. Barnabas Medical Center, and we're thrilled to report they’re doing well.
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. 💙 Welcome to the world, Lilian!

Today, the Roseland First Aid Squad had the honor of attending the Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade, paying tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. It was a privilege to stand alongside our community in remembrance, gratitude, and respect.

As we watched the flags wave and heard the words of tribute, we were reminded that Memorial Day is more than just a holiday—it is a time to reflect on the courage and selflessness of those who served.

We are proud to be a part of this incredible town and to serve in the spirit of dedication and service. Thank you to everyone who joined us today to honor our heroes.

Yesterday, the Roseland First Aid Squad was on deck at the Roseland Borough Fishing Derby, ready to reel in any emergencies! Thankfully, the only thing that got hooked was some impressive catches, and the only thing that got tangled was a few fishing lines—not any first aid situations!

We were happy to cast a safety net over this fantastic community event and be there in case anyone needed us. Hope everyone had a fin-tastic time, and remember—stay safe out there, whether on land or at sea!

RFAS was proud to support the Roseland Volunteer Fire Department today by providing fire rehab services as they tackled a backyard fire that had spread to the residence. Thanks to RFD's quick and skilled response, the fire was swiftly brought under control. The cause is still under investigation, but we’re relieved to report no injuries. Great teamwork and dedication on display!

This Thursday afternoon, the Roseland First Aid Squad was dispatched to stand by for a large brush fire on Rt 280 East by exit 4A. This was no small operation—it took the combined efforts of multiple Fire Departments from Essex and Morris County, along with the New Jersey Forest Fire Service and the Morris County Tanker Task Force, to tackle the blaze.

A huge shout-out to the Roseland Volunteer Fire Department for their amazing work and unwavering commitment to keeping our community safe. Your dedication and skill never cease to inspire!

Thank you to everyone who stepped up to handle this challenging situation. We’re grateful for your hard work and expertise!
