Ashley Matherly Fitness This is my health and fitness page! Read my story below & for deets on my virtual bootcamp! So glad you’re here! Hey y’all, I am Ashley (aka Ash).

I am a online health and fitness coach and am here to not only achieve my absolute best but am here to help you achieve yours too! I am an online health and fitness. I customize a meal guide, workouts, and lifestyle changes to best help you accomplish your goals while working on my self and my own journey! While I am working on myself, my job is to get results and help you achieve what you are seeking! Whether you’re new to the fitness world or been around for years there is something we can find to best fit you! ANY fitness level and ANY body can do these programs!! These programs have changed my life for the best! These programs have helped me achieve not only my physical best but my mental best as well! I stepped away from coaching in 2019 for a while because I thought I could do it on my own and for a while I did... but covid completely derailed my plans and goals. I gave up for a while! But REDEMPTION and renewed strength is possible! I refuse to give up so here I am pushing play almost everyday and taking the steps I know I need to for my own benefit. I gained 30+ pounds (probably closer to 40) during the year for the covid shut down (completely my fault...) but my amazing accountability group and amazing team of ladies have been pushing me and truly have helped me regain those healthy habits I struggled with for so long! Since January I am down 15 pounds but still have about 30 pounds to go! I would love for you to join me, sweat with me, struggle with me, and receive the encouragement and push we all crave to attain our goals! I know for me personally daily check ins with my virtual accountability group has helped immensely! Because on the days when I want to be lazy I can just say “hey I need to push play (because virtual workouts and virtual “gyms” have been what helps me) someone come join me so I actually get it done” whether in my business or workouts. I am full time LEO and building my fitness business on the side. I am a dog mom of 3 Danes and 1 GSD! I am a red head with an attitude to match my hair (which can get me in trouble at times..) I am voly firefighter as well. I am married to a full time ff/paramedic. I want to be a mother to a child of our, so we will be starting our journey to try for a baby� pray for us in that journey please. And I am a person who loves weight lifting. I developed my passion for the gym back in 2017 in preparation for my husband and I’s wedding in 2018 and have just shifted this year to full time at home workouts! My husband and I started working out in the gym at the same time in January of 2018 but could never truly workout together! (We never wanted to do the workout the other was doing and one of us would always complain about something...) so we did our own things. We both decided in April of 2021 that we wanted to get serious about our health and are currently doing an 8 week weight lifting based program that incorporates HIIT (high intensity interval training) core exercises and active recovery days! It is a 4 day a week program with 3 rest days, and a built in cheat day (you can interpret that in whatever way that looks for you). Our virtual bootcamp will start 6/14/21 for this program and will have everything you need incorporated besides dumbbells. If you are new to fitness you can use resistance bands if weights are too much at the beginning! It is an intermediate to advanced program but ANY fitness level and ANY body can do this! There are always modifications you can do and it is still a challenging workout!! Open enrollment is open for that! Not only do you get access to the 8 week program you will get 1 on 1 coaching with me, a virtual accountability group as I said earlier, supplements to jump start your fitness, and access to a year supply of our “Netflix of workouts” library which has over 1,400 workouts!
