I am a online health and fitness coach and am here to not only achieve my absolute best but am here to help you achieve yours too! I am an online health and fitness. I customize a meal guide, workouts, and lifestyle changes to best help you accomplish your goals while working on my self and my own journey! While I am working on myself, my job is to get results and help you achieve what you are se

eking! Whether you’re new to the fitness world or been around for years there is something we can find to best fit you! ANY fitness level and ANY body can do these programs!! These programs have changed my life for the best! These programs have helped me achieve not only my physical best but my mental best as well! I stepped away from coaching in 2019 for a while because I thought I could do it on my own and for a while I did... but covid completely derailed my plans and goals. I gave up for a while! But REDEMPTION and renewed strength is possible! I refuse to give up so here I am pushing play almost everyday and taking the steps I know I need to for my own benefit. I gained 30+ pounds (probably closer to 40) during the year for the covid shut down (completely my fault...) but my amazing accountability group and amazing team of ladies have been pushing me and truly have helped me regain those healthy habits I struggled with for so long! Since January I am down 15 pounds but still have about 30 pounds to go! I would love for you to join me, sweat with me, struggle with me, and receive the encouragement and push we all crave to attain our goals! I know for me personally daily check ins with my virtual accountability group has helped immensely! Because on the days when I want to be lazy I can just say “hey I need to push play (because virtual workouts and virtual “gyms” have been what helps me) someone come join me so I actually get it done” whether in my business or workouts. I am full time LEO and building my fitness business on the side. I am a dog mom of 3 Danes and 1 GSD! I am a red head with an attitude to match my hair (which can get me in trouble at times..) I am voly firefighter as well. I am married to a full time ff/paramedic. I want to be a mother to a child of our, so we will be starting our journey to try for a baby� pray for us in that journey please. And I am a person who loves weight lifting. I developed my passion for the gym back in 2017 in preparation for my husband and I’s wedding in 2018 and have just shifted this year to full time at home workouts! My husband and I started working out in the gym at the same time in January of 2018 but could never truly workout together! (We never wanted to do the workout the other was doing and one of us would always complain about something...) so we did our own things. We both decided in April of 2021 that we wanted to get serious about our health and are currently doing an 8 week weight lifting based program that incorporates HIIT (high intensity interval training) core exercises and active recovery days! It is a 4 day a week program with 3 rest days, and a built in cheat day (you can interpret that in whatever way that looks for you). Our virtual bootcamp will start 6/14/21 for this program and will have everything you need incorporated besides dumbbells. If you are new to fitness you can use resistance bands if weights are too much at the beginning! It is an intermediate to advanced program but ANY fitness level and ANY body can do this! There are always modifications you can do and it is still a challenging workout!! Open enrollment is open for that! Having a mindset shift is HARD and it’s a painful process. But hard things are possible! I’ve been going through a lot I haven’t talked about over the last year and I wear the mask that most do to just get by and live day to day life. I’ve let myself hate myself for far too long… and it truly overtook every aspect of my life. But I’m taking it back. I’m fighting back. I choose myself. And I choose life. I will not let darkness and evil defeat me. I will not let myself defeat me. I am WORTH so much more than that! And I hope you know that too. If you don’t let me remind you!
YOU ARE LOVED! YOU ARE WORTH IT! YOU HAVE PURPOSE! YOU HAVE MEANING!

A way i know how to take my life back is by focusing on nutrition and working out. It is a release on my bad days to workout. It pushes my body in every aspect. It helps me release all my emotions and gives me a sense of accomplishment when I break a plateau or prove to myself I CAN do it.

Physique update✨
The very first picture is from January. The pictures in between are from April to now.
Since January though I’m down 18 pounds! Since April 4th I’m down as of this morning (since I’m at the drs office) 8.5 pounds. As of 6/2 I’m down 21.5 inches!
I’m in week 3 of my weight lifting program that my bootcamp will start for on 6/14 and have been able to up my weights and stay consistent every week so far and I’m looking forward to what I can accomplish along side my bootcamp babes💗

3 weeks into this 9 week program! These pictures are so much more than loosing inches or pounds on the scale🤷🏼‍♀️
This is a confidence boost! This is progress! This is how much better I feel about myself! This is about how dedication over motivation is a thing and how it works! This is about the fact that “at home workouts don’t work”🤷🏼‍♀️ This is about how much stronger I feel and how my cardiovascular health has improved so much! I’m not using my inhaler in private on days when I feel like I can’t breathe because of how much weight I gained so quickly! This is about overall eating and feeling better!
Yes these are progress photos to not only update how this is going but also to keep me accountable as well!
In 3 weeks I have lost 10 inches overall!! And I am down 3lbs from when I started! Which the 3lbs may not seem like much but it’s a huge milestone to get over! My weight fluctuates so bad everyday it may not be accurate but I am damn proud of myself!💪🏼
These next 6 weeks I am so pumped to see what I can accomplish!! There’s still time to join me!!

What would you accomplish if:
you stopped saying no to yourself?
You stopped making excuses?
You started making small changes?
You believed in yourself?!
You said YES!?
Over 8 days I had 7 workouts but they did not happen everyday. I had days where my nutrition was on point and days where it wasn’t🤷🏼‍♀️ I had days where it’s been hard AF and still is! But that’s just part of the process! It’s all about progress! And here’s a little of mine:
I completed almost 5 rounds instead of 4.
I upped my wrights.
I drank my superfood shake and felt a difference in energy and overall how I felt.
I said YES to myself even when my body tried to tell me no.
And that’s all that matters!
Sister you’ve seen me show up and I won’t give up on myself. Because if I do the only person I fail is me. And I’m tired of failing myself.
What would you accomplish if you said yes? What are you waiting for? Stop failing yourself and get stuff done😘💗

Y’all it’s been so long since I’ve posted I almost forgot what social media was! But that’s just because life has been a ROLLER COASTER this year and especially these last few months!!

• Towards the end of September I partially fell through our attic when I tripped going up the stairs and broke some of the drywall in the garage. (I was fine just bruised up)
• Two or three weeks later on October 9th I fell through the floor of an abandoned house after chasing a suspect that location. And I have been working on a desk since then. (I am doing so much better than what I was but I’m waiting on workers comp and have been waiting on them since Dec 1st! I’m currently doing PT on my own since I am not in rehab currently and it’s helping. I am so ready to be back to work but need to not have the pain in my right hip and lower back that I’ve had since October.)
• in November I turned 24 which is what this picture is lol
• had some very rocky times in my marriage and in life. But God is soooo good and has restored my husband, myself, and us as a couple and us as individuals!
• I’ve reconnected in a church that has been so amazing to serve in and be apart of the GCC family💙
• Hubs bought me a brand me car😍
• I haven’t worked out since like august or so... because of the pain but I’m coming back slowly!! And that’s okay!!

But even through all the hard and the good that has occurred over the last several months I know I am stronger for it and that everything is made good by the Father and that is something that will never fail! My story over the last several months is just a reaffirming of that!

Let me tell y’all something and give you some insight you might already know: you may be at what you believe is your breaking point and there is nothing left but there is something left and that something is Jesus!
My fear, anxiety, hurt, pain, depression was at an all time high and I was just waiting for something else to go wrong... The Lord took that and completely changed my entire life!
!!!Don’t let your mind/fear defeat you and the blessing right before it is coming!!! Because it’s coming!!!

Finding happiness in knowing that today I officially started the journey to the career I’ve wanted and not just a temporary thing💛
I have been so blessed with this opportunity to chase my dreams and follow my heart with everything I have and spend the next six months working and studying in police academy to be the best I can be and be the change I want to see in the world✨
I have been keeping this pretty quiet until I knew it was official but I sign my new higher paperwork next week and start in about two weeks!
I’m very thankful for my fitness getting me this far and I won’t be giving that up I’ll just be shifting the way I train to be better prepared for the physicality that this will require!
Thank you all so much for your love and support and I cannot wait to see where I can go with this and in my dream field!

Hey y’all👋🏼 I just wanted to take a minute and say THANK YOU!!
Thank you for your support, love, encouragement, correction, and so much more for me while I’m on this journey! And especially for supporting me when I’ve felt down and out!! (Which has been a lot at times, since I’ve been getting so sick this past year!)
I also just want to take a moment to thank y’all for following my journey as well! I’m sure you guys follow tons of fitness pages and people, but this is something I have become SO passionate about since my knee injury in 2017!
I just want to take some time and say I’m so grateful for every person I have on this journey with me and even those who are just passing through (view my page and leave)
I hope I can inspire someone on this journey and help someone who has a set opinion on something (whatever it may be) and help them see the opposite side.
I’m not the fitest person, I’m not the healthiest person, I LOVE food, have my days where I’m not in the right mindset, still battle my depression days, still have problems with my knee, work in a place where kids have bad days, and so many other things that could be the cause of a bad day. But I am still GRATEFUL for everyday and I am BLESSED💗
This journey has not been easy but it’s not supposed to be! If it was everyone would do it and NOT give up. I have fought hard to get where I am and will continue to WORK to get where I want to be. Dedication, hard work, self love, self care, and loving others is always going to be something that is my focus!
Here’s me in a bit shell: I’m Ashley, I’m 22, I am Pre-K teacher, I love working on my fitness, I love my husband , I love our fire department, I love our families, and a believer in the Lord💗

Hubs and I needed this night💚 even though the stars lost in a shoot out, dang was that an amazing game! We will always be stars fans and were so grateful we can come celebrate our team! {especially since he converted me from being a Anaheim Ducks fan😉}

Yesterday’s workout included new PR’s on bench (because I usually just use the smith machine and go for high rep count with lower weight) but a coworker helped with my form and it helped TREMENDOUSLY! I cannot wait to see how far I’ll go with benching to help with my chest!
Also, did higher weights than normal on all my exercises so my rep count was a lot shorter but I’m definitely feeling it today... My chest, triceps, and shoulders are hurting but did it feel so good yesterday!
Muscle failure happened when trying to do push-ups of different variations because I did those for burnout. So you can see my fall and just lay there when doing triangle push-ups😂
This was not the only time I fell and didn’t move, I’ll post some funny ones in my story for your amusement if you would like.

Day late and a dollar short on posting my transformation for the challenge🤷🏼‍♀️ but my slow bulk took a 3 week derail the last month because of major sickness, but I finished off the bulk today with some new PR’s and that to me is the best progress...💪🏼
I’m a little fluffier than I started and gained about 9lbs but my baby obliques hung around😂
The cut process and meal prep will go down tomorrow and I can’t wait to see what these next 2 months have in store for me😍
I’m hoping to loose the 9lbs I gained plus at least 6 more pounds, so, 15 total💪🏼
Also, I’m super impressed with myself during this process and I’ll still be lifting during this cut process to maintain but I’ll be focusing more on HIIT and cardio, focusing on my nutrition, and getting ready for what my future holds💕
I’ll post my workout from today here in just a bit but there’s a little life update and if you didn’t see my stories- I have about 2 months before my future starts (hopefully🤞🏼) I’ll post about it more when it’s confirmed☺️

So I went and did a thing yesterday...💇🏼‍♀️
I had been going back and forth about cutting in for so long that I finally looked at how damaged my hair was and decided it was passed time to take care of it!
“If I hate it, it’ll grow back” was my philosophy and i woke up this morning and went “wow i wonder how much less shampoo and conditioner I’ll use now”🤷🏼‍♀️😂
8 inches got taken off from the back😱 and I’m loving it so far! Hoping this will help with my headaches too, but we shall see😬
I started growing my hair out almost 2 years ago... from it being shorter than this with minimal trims, so this will take some getting use to but I love it so far😍

Y’all since there’s not a 29th day this month and it would be tomorrow! It’s an amazing thing to think about that we’ve been married for two months tomorrow💕 I’m so thankful for my handsome husband who is so supportive of me along this journey and who will never give up on me! Here’s to both of us, chasing our dreams and going after them with everything we’ve got, together🎉 and celebrating these blissful two months with a lifetime to go!
