I am a Dynamic Hatha Yoga Teacher and Nutritional Health Coach. I have always had a deep interest in the benefits of a healthy diet which in turn creates a healthy mind and balanced lifestyle. Yoga uses the nervous system in a completely different way than any other physical activities do. Yoga makes our body balanced as the tension is gone from our muscles. The body and mind which are NOT two separate things; they are a unity, 'what happens to the body, happens to the mind..we get to that peaceful sate of being'
