"I have always been an empathetic person, and I use that strength in my everyday work by relating to and deeply understanding what our clients are going through. Getting sober can be incredibly challenging, and navigating early recovery often feels overwhelming.

I am grateful to serve in a role where I can support others as they transition into a new life — meeting each person exactly where they are and identifying their individual needs. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is the deep connections I build every day, which in turn strengthen me as well.

Providing validation in early recovery through compassion, nonjudgment, and genuine support is a standard I hold firmly as a Program Director. By taking an empathetic approach, we foster relationships and create an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and supported."
