Connection🧩, Capability 💪🏼, Counting 💕 and Courage 🦁, Oh my! August’s All Staff presentation was given by Luis Cano on Adlerian 4 crucial C’s and mistaken beliefs. Utilizing Bluey 🐶 as an example, we explored how the 4 C’s can be a lens to understanding behavior and meeting needs.

This month’s All-Staff presentation was given by Iris Vasquez, who delivered an insightful talk on Attachment Science and Emotion Focused Therapy. We explored how early attachment patterns shape emotional responses and relationships—and how EFT can support healing and connection. 🧩❤️ we also celebrated Jose, Belinda, and Nala the therapy dogs birthdays 🥳 as well as Kassandra’s work anniversary 🎉 and our newest receptionist, Michelle, was caught rockin it! 🚀
