If being cooped up in the house is making you feel as crazy as this guy looks, it's time to get outside for a walk and stretch those legs!!!

The benefits of a 30 minute walk outside are extremely underestimated, so I listed some benefits below.

°Increases None-exercise activity thermogenesis (Neat)
°Increase vitamin D levels
°Upregulated our immune system
°Positive effects on our mood and mental health
°Increases synovial fluid lubricating our joints which can help reduce aches and pains
°Increase our heart rate improving heart health
°Flush out waste through our lymphatic system and sweat
°Improve sleep quality

And the list goes on and on. So if you are able to get outside, show your body some love and get moving!!

Hi everyone, my name is Kara! I am a Registered Certified Resistance Trainer through NSFA located in Hubbard’s, Nova Scotia.

I view fitness from a holistic point of view, taking all things into consideration, understanding how everything is related and can affect the body. This approach will ensure we develop a program that allows you to live a sustainable, balanced healthy lifestyle.

My greatest pleasure is to help my clients achieve their goals, overcome challenges and push through barriers. Whether your goal is fat loss, building lean muscle mass, increasing strength, working through health limitations or to improve function, our training sessions are personalized to fit your needs, focusing on achieving long term results through challenging, efficient, and effective workouts.
