Julie Costello, Owner of Let's Grow Studio:

Hi! I began practicing Yoga in 2008 after the birth of my second child.

As both of my children have gotten older they have shown increased interest in Yoga and are always trying to figure out exactly what I’m doing on that mat! After much research and my own Kids Yoga Certification by Rainbow Kids Yoga, I started Grow with Yoga ABC in the Spring of 2014. The excitement and interest in the program has been incredible and has developed into “Let’s Grow Studio”! Now we offer not only Yoga, but children’s dance including Kids Zumba and Hip hop, sports classes, parent/tot classes, adult classes in Yoga, Barre, Zumba, Core Fit, and more. I am really excited about sharing a love of fitness with young children and families. We are not just a children’s fitness center, but have classes for the entire family because the most important thing we can do as parents is set a good example. If our children see us interested in health and fitness, they will naturally be curious and want to participate. We make classes fun and exciting to keep kids (and parents) wanting to come back again and again! We designed the studio to be colorful, fun and creative to create an atmosphere of light heartedness and acceptance. Healthy bodies can come in all shapes and sizes; Let’s Grow Studio is not about judgment, but love and creating positive health and wellness.
