Spring is in the air (at least in Michigan) and I know that when the weather is nicer, I want to do “all the things.”
However, I know that it is very easy for me to get overwhelmed and not take time for rest. Does this resonate with you?
Lately, I’ve been telling myself that when I am overwhelmed, it is ok to do less. A wonderful way to do less, is just to “BE.” Restorative yoga is a great way to do less and to “be.”
My next Restorative Yoga class is next Wednesday, April 23rd at 7pm on Zoom. Join me from the comfort of your own home in your pajamas if you want!

Hey Everyone!
I am Kelli! I am a Yoga Instructor and General Medicine Practitioner that empowers women how to heal their bodies through wellness and yoga so that they may live their lives free of pain and full of health.
I currently teach at Ardha Moon Yoga in Lansing, Michigan. I finished my Yoga Teacher Training in March of 2017 at Hilltop Yoga and I have absolutely loved teaching. I have practiced yoga for over 15 years and it is a pure love of mine. I am beyond fascinated with the power of yoga and what it can bring to your body, mind, and spirit. Yoga is very healing in so many ways. I have studied under Anodea Judith, the leader in Chakra Yoga, and working with the energy in your body to open up blocks or release pain. By day, I am a Family Practice Physician Assistant and I believe that yoga is a powerful tool for keeping the body strong, the mind calm, and your spirit empowered. For years I have been counseling patients on how to better their health and it only made sense to start incorporating my love and knowledge of yoga into my practice. When I am not practicing yoga or medicine, I am usually traveling the world with my husband, playing with my "fur" children or diving into a new recipe in my kitchen.
So, let's grab a mat and practice together!

Sundays: 10:30-11:30 am at Ardha Moon in Holt, MI
Slow Flow---This class is a slower vinyasa class. Good for beginners! We break down poses and hold them for a longer time period so you can really get familiar with each one. Assistance and adjustments are offered to help you practice your version of each pose safely. Don’t be fooled though, slow doesn’t mean easy. You will still get a good sweat!
Mondays: 6:15pm-7:15 pm at Ardha Moon in Holt, MI
Vinyasa—Get ready to get moving and sweat. This class will consist of a faster pace vinyasa, heart-pumping poses, and core work. Bring a towel and some water because it will be warm in the studio! This class will be challenging, therefore it is geared towards intermediate level students. But don't let that scare you off! I offer a lot of modifications!
Fridays: 6:00pm -7:00 pm at Salt in East Lansing, MI
VinYin -- Half, heart-pumping Vinyasa. Half relaxing, restorative Yin. A little something for everyone. The best of both worlds!
