DAY 27 - What a time to be alive. At least I can still invest in my health whenever I choose to do so. Take responsibility in the things you can control. Like doing 100 sit-ups in 30 days 😂 Three more days. Leggo.

DAY 25 - Five more days and counting! Its been cool to experiment with different ways of competing 100 sit-ups daily. Mostly trying out ideas my brother and others have tried out. It’s been great. Almost there!

DAY 24 - 100 sit-ups with a side of 100 push-ups. Was really nice to split them up. Did 25 sit-ups right into 25 push-ups. Did this four times to make 100. Breaks it up perfectly. My brother Chris had the idea to do it... which is transitioning me into 100 push-ups each day now 🤣. How’s everyone doing so far??

DAY 22 - Working out doesn’t have to be stressful. Make little steps that add to bigger achievements. Set your own pace. Making a goal to hit 25 reps of sit-ups and resting for 20-30 seconds before the next 25 reps are small steps. Just focus on the 25 reps at hand until you hit 100! Be in the moment. You’ll get there. Just be patient. Success takes time and effort. 🥳🥳🥳

DAY 21- Three weeks down! Abs feel STRONG. After a day full of costumes, laughs and friends, I came home to crush my sit-ups. I literally laid down to get ready for bed and forgot I hadn’t completed my sit-ups. So I did them. 🙂

DAY 17 - No where to go but to keep on going! Today I did 25x4 abs. Splitting it up is always easier. Getting it done in approximately 4-5 minutes each time. How’s everyone else doing?

DAY 16 - On a snowy Saturday morning in Wyoming, there were abs that asked me to work them out. Naturally, I did. After pumping them 100 times, they asked me to refuel my body. Naturally, I did.... with wild turkey meat that I harvested yesterday in the timber’s of Gillette, Wyoming. Afterwards my abs were content and so was I. We are just two peas in a pod. Treat your body and it will treat you back. 14 more days to go 🙂
