Our final plenary presentation for is Distinguished Professor of Chung Shan Medical University and UN Goodwill Ambassador, Chin-Kun Wang.

Prof Chin-Kun Wang is the former president of the International Society for Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods and the Honorary President of the Nutrition Society of Taiwan.

His research is focused on human clinical trials and human metabolism of medicine, nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals, herbs and functional foods, and his work has received numerous outstanding research awards.

Meet our third keynote speaker, Professor of Biological Psychiatry at King’s College London and Consultant Perinatal Psychiatrist, Carmine M. Pariante.

His research explores how stress and inflammation contribute to mental disorders, focusing on depression, fatigue, and the perinatal period. He also has an interest in how arts, social prescribing and nutrition affect mental health.

Prof. Carmine has been recognised as a Highly Cited Researcher since 2018 with nearly 40,000 citations.
