Is stress causing your weight gain?

3 tips to lower stress (cortisol ) and boost metabolism !

1-eat protein within 30 minutes of waking
2-cut out sugars/sweeteners and caffeine
3-exercise vigorously (at your level) for 20 minutes !

Women have u noticed men drop fat faster than us?

They miss a few meals and their pants fit.

They seem to eat whatever with very little consequence .

Yes they’re different! We’re not gonna be men!

Our hormones dictate a different outcome because we were designed to have babies.

We can’t support life if we can drop fat quickly. I know that’s a short answer- but it’s where we end up.

So- instead of skipping 2 meals (this is for those that have been) eat first thing a great source of protein .

If u do this, let me know what happens!

Frustrated with fat not dropping?

Key Labs for slow metabolism.

-s*x hormones
testosterone
estrogen
progesterone
pregnegnalone

-adrenals
dhea
cortisol (saliva)

-thyroid
free t3
free t4

-pituitary
tsh

-nutrition
iron
all of the b's
mthfr (mutation for b absorption)

-usually low after age 50
human growth hormone
liver function
Sgbh
igh

Note, you might not need all of these. These are just some to rule out.

If you suspect thyroid a TSH will not be adequate.

If you suspect cortisol (adrenals) a cortisol lab at am and pm will not be enough. unless you have hypoadrenalism or cushings- but a moderate fluctuation will only show on saliva. (in my opinion)

If you suspect low HGH- it's hard to get the labs done, and it's hard to find a knowledgeable dr to help you.

I'm sharing because most of this I learned on my own. My own health journey.

So many doctors out there rush to medicate with quick fixes- and treat a symptom. Not knowing they're making the body worse by not addressing the cause.

All of those above if out of balance can affect your ability to drop fat.

as always- do your own research, and never take anyone's word for it. not even the experts. we only know what we know. Many things that can heal us- just aren't common knowledge anymore.

we used to eat the whole animal. That would have prevented so much of the above. That subject is for another day.
