5 Things To Do Daily To Improve Your Mindset 👇🏻👇🏻
✅ Gratitude
✅ Meditate
✅ Move
✅ Get Outside
✅ Stay Hydrated
You might be looking at these thinking “Nah not for me, I don’t have time”
Gratitude - 2 minutes, get a journal, open notes on your phone and write down 3 things you are grateful for, this can be anything!! Your morning coffee, the sky.....ANYTHING that you are grateful for.
Why? It’s hard to be angry / frustrated when you’re in a state of gratitude ❤️
Meditate - Use an app like insight timer, it’s free and you can do as little or as long as you like. Try a 5 minute guided meditation. Honestly, try it! I can really tell the days when I haven’t.
Move - Do something that makes you sweat or gets your heart rate up. More importantly, something you enjoy!! You don’t have to do a couch to 5K or an hour at the gym. Go for a walk, box, tennis, football. The secret is, do something.
Get Outside - Combine move and go for a walk, I’m lucky enough to live by the coast so I love going down to the beach. Just get outside.
Hydration - If you don’t drink much water now, just increase it. Aim for 2 litres, I have a 2 litre bottle that I fill and keep it close by.
With any habit change, keep it simple and keep it easy so you can get your consistency.
