Final push—lower extremity, here we go!
Wrapping up the last section of joint mobilizations with the lower body. It’s been a challenging but rewarding journey mastering each region, one step at a time. From the spine to the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and now hips, knees, ankles and feet—it’s all coming together.

This final stretch is about refining technique, building confidence, and preparing for real-world application.
Almost there. Let’s finish strong.

Outreach #3 is a wrap! We spent the afternoon at the delta treating the ladies of the woman’s retreat. It was a beautiful day, sun was shining, birds were singing and we met amazing individuals! What a pleasure it is to do what we do - making others feel good is so rewarding!
