60 is the new 40 in Southeast Ohio! Meet our 60 Strong Ambassadors: Shana Altier, Randy Bradley, Jon Cannon, Denise Cox Fairall, Linda Friel, Mary Kitzig, Pauline Pletcher, Jan Ramer, Jim Scott, Yan Sun, Steve Theodosopoulos, and Marcia Thompson.

Our winners are seniors between 60-69 who are healthy and fit, contribute to their community, and help others in need. They are featured in the Southeast Ohio 60 Strong Calendar and are pictured in front of Zanesville and Cambridge area landmarks. The calendar lists area activities, health tips for seniors and important information about Medicare options.

Southeast Ohio 60 Strong is a celebration of grit and resilience that is sponsored by Physicians Group of Southeastern Ohio (PGSEO). PGSEO doctors have created Trusted Senior Care Advantage, a new program based on the vision that seamless and greater coordination of care is required to optimally care for their senior patients.

Trusted Senior Care is designed to keep Southeast Ohio seniors active and help them navigate the complexities of Medicare coverage and other healthcare decisions, which is why the calendar will include important timeline information regarding Medicare signup deadlines.
