Hope everyone is well!
Been a very busy week here.
We have decided to blitz our spare bedroom.
Clear out, re new flooring, paint the woodwork and paper and buy new furniture!
The full house is inturmoil!
So I've been really focusing on this room and helping my husband as he is doing all the work hinself.New flooring is down and stripping the walls has started.
We've just been having sw micro meals or
My protein meals which hasn't been ideal.
I've also had 3 meals out and a take away.
I did however weigh in yesterday and I put on 0.5lbs over a fortnight. I'm happy with that and I know being consistent in my gym routine has probably saved me.
I am back 100per cent on plan this week .....

Back to work and routine today. Had a nice few days off and away from social media spent with friends and family.Dinner ...

A loss of 0.5lbs tonight.
I am happy with that as I had 2 loose days on plan over the weekend.
I made a big batch of soup yesterday and had some last night as part of my dinner and I'll have some tonight x
I'm slowly chipping away x I have had two people today say to me that they can see I've lost another bit of weight, but to be honest I'm losing it in inches more. I'm 12inches off my waist since April.
My small size 12 jeans I bought 5weeks ago wouldn't go over my knees but I now can get them over my knees and over my bottom. But there's a good bit to go to get them across the front!!
You've got to consider Non scale victories to keep you motivated and it's not all about those numbers on the scales xx
Having a cuppa before dinner prep which is bacon and veg pasta bake.
Hope everyone is well and I'm looking forward to a good week ahead.....

I had a little gain of 0.5lbs this week. But it probably has came from the very off plan day I had on Saturday.
Not fussing over it and the line is drawn and back on plan.
Yesterday and today's dinner x
Yesterday I enjoyed the sw Thai green curry and I had it with the m amd s pouch of rice. My m and s food haul on Sunday I found that my favourite rice's were down to 15p, so I picked quite a few up (I just hope they aren't discontinued). I went in on Sunday just for a few bits of food shopping and to return clothes my husband had picked up for me in the sale earlier I'm the week. They were too big. Anyway I managed to get the smaller sizes and I'm delighted at this non scale victory!!
Tonight, I had no commitments after work and it was nice to get home to dinner with my husband before he headed out to work. A nice big tuna mayo baked potato was waiting for me getting home....
One gym session complete and I have one more booked this week xx
Rainy night here, so I've done a little housework and now going to relax with my book. Hope your Wednesday is going well x

Setting up for a good day.
100g of this yogurt is 1.5syns.
Blueberries
Blackberries
Strawberries
Grapes
Kiwi berries
Melon.
And 1x hi fi for my heb and 50ml milk, some of my hea for my cuppa....

Another good day today.
40g Bio and Me, fruit and Nut granola, heb with 150ml s s milk split, some of my hea between cereal and my cuppa. Chopped apple and pear
Mid morning, satsuma x2
Lunch was 2x Ryvitia 3syns, 40g light cheddar, 2nd hea choice, cucumber, tomatoes and grapes. Necterine.
Mid afternoon melon slices, some ham slices and tomatoes.
1x can of Irn Bru Xtra and 1x packet wotsits 3syns.Plum and peach.
Dinner sweet chiili chicken and rice. 2syns total for 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce.
1litre of water
100ml of milk from hea to use up.
I have had 8syns and might have a little 3 syn treat with my cuppa later
Heading into the wekend and my two days off. Lunch out tomorrow and an unknown lunch food plan for Sunday....
Determined to stick to plan......x

Today's diary
Chopped banana with 40g weetabix minis, heb with 150ml s s milk, some of my hea, split between cuppa and cereal.
Lunch was Mug shot, 1.5syns, an apple and necterine.
Mid afternoon Mixed berries and grapes.
Evening time, cuppa 50ml s s milk, some of my hea, melon chunks, strawberries ham slices and a tangerine. Crisps 3.5syns.
And just had dinner of steak, veg and chips.
50ml milk for a cuppa in an hour x
Feeling full so probably won't have any treat with it. But if I do it will be 3yns.
1.5l of water today as well.
So finishing the day at the lost on 7syns x

Keeping focused and aiming for a good loss next week.
This morning I had 40g mini weetabix for my healthy extra b topped with blueberries and I had 150ml s s milk, some of my hea,split between my cereal and a cuppa.
Busy day of meetings but I managed a peach mid morning.
Then I had left over spicy pasta from dinner with some cucumber and tomatoes.
Then onto my next meeting and when I got out I had an apple.
And then after work I made myself a nice bowl of mixed speedy fruit and f f yogurt. Cuppa tea, 50ml s s milk some of my hea and a malteser gingerbread reindeer (which was delicious) 3syns.
Dinner was mixed prawn salad. 2.5syns for the ready made Aldi cous cous. It's 4.5syns for the full tub. Prawns worked in at 0.5syns.
I've just about finshed my water intake for the day. 1.5l and i have 50ml milk left for a cuppa and I have a little curly wurly for 3syns to go with it.
I'll finish today on 9syns xx

Creamy cajun chicken pasta for dinner tonight using 1x healthy extra a.
I used 1x tub of the seriously strong spreading chilli cheese and it made 4 portions. But I am just going to class it as 1x healthy extra a.

Today's diary:
50ml s s milk, some fo my hea with a cuppa.
Mixed berries and apple topped with yogurt and 3xkiwi berries and grapes and topped with 40g Bio and Me Apple and cinnamon granola, which is my healthy extra b.
Mid morning a necterine.
Lunch was a Mug shot, 1.5syns. Mixed fruit salad.
Mid afternoon Cuppa, 50ml s s milk, some of my healthy extra a, tangerine and a peanut butter hi fi (3syns).
After the gym I had a banana and another cuppa, 50ml s s milk, some of my hea, with a plum and a small curly wurly, 3syns.
Just had dinner and that will keep me full till breakfast tomorrow.
I've 100ml milk left so will use that up in a cuppa and then probably drink the rest before the end of the day.
I've had no fizzy juice today, as I felt I've had a little much of the diet fizz recently. So just kept to water and diluted juice. 1.5litres is just about finished xx
No more syns as I am full and satisfied for today x
