I enjoyed the potatoes that much yesterday, i decided to have them today as well......

Dinner was  a bit of mix and match tonight.For a few swips I had corned beef salad and air fried potatoes x

Today's diary, so far:
150ml s s milk, HeCalcium choice (some), 40g weetabix minis, HeFibre choice. 1x satsuma, speed. Milk split between cereal and cuppa.
Mid morning an apple.
Lunch was left over tuna mayo pasta, 2 swips and side salald.
Mid afternoon was a few slice of watermelon.
I've had 1.5l of fluids and just home to a cuppa, 50ml milk, HeCalcium, a SW Blueberry pancake, HeFibre 2nd choice, some Skyr apple yogurt 1 swip and mixed berries.

Well I could of just wrote dinner off and ordered take away!But no I put on more pasta and continued with my plan of mak...

Well I could of just wrote dinner off and ordered take away!
But no I put on more pasta and continued with my plan of making tuna mayo pasta for 4 swips per serving.
Plenty for tomorrow
And i saved myself from a high fat, high sugar and all round high swip takeaway dinner.....
Takeaway dinners are rare in this house hold. Thankfully I'm not a fan of Mcd's, kfc, Burger King, Dominoes, but I do like an Indian or Chinese.

Day 1 of the new week nearly complete.
8.5swips so far and I have milk left for a cuppa.
I've used 1x fibre choice and 1x calcium choice today,by the time i have my cuppa. And I've had 1.5l of water. I still have 1x healthy choice to have, so not sure what that may look like:
New healthy extras are Healthy Fat, Calcium and Fibre...with lots of new choices xx
I'm really enjoying the revamped plan. What's your thoughts?......

A busy day at work over and a quick weigh and go.
And it was a good loss, so happy with then progress.
I'm home to have a cuppa and try the new Blueberry sw pancakes. Anyone tried them yet? and make a start on dinner...

My meals Wednesday, Thursday and tonight.
I've had quite a strong headache since Tuesday afternoon. Thankfully as today as progressed it's disappearing.
I know though it's just the fact of me getting back on plan, reducing sugar intake and swapping no added sugar fizzy drinks for water .
I am enjoying being back on plan and this is day 4 off being fully back on plan. I've reduced my swips down from 15 to 12 over the last few days and aim to be back at 10 for Monday.
Meals are all planned for the weekend and I'm 100 per cent focused.....

Wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year.
I've had some away time from social media which was well needed.
I weighed in yesterday and I did put on weight, as expected as i have had two weeks being relaxed with the sw plan.
I've started afresh today and I have felt the benefits start to take effect.
Due to current new health issues, I have had to take my gym plans off the menu for a little while. But today I've been told by the doctor that I can resume gym activity but only 'gentle' exercise, which will consist of the treadmill and the rower. I'm booked back in there tomorrow. I'm on the refferal list for more scans and tests at hospital and have to have my bloods taken at the doctors frequently to monitor me. Just another blip in the road, but I do know that there will be an operation after all the scans and tests and I really want to be as strong as possible for this and at a healthy weight.
So, here is to focus,motivation and bringing the numbers on the sclaes down........
Chilli tonight for dinner. With 3 poppadoms for a total of 4.5swips x

Enjoying the Christmas season..having catch ups and relaxed on plan.
That's how I have rolled this week.
0.5bs off tonight and I am delighted with that.
I've lost 2.5lbs over 3weeks whilst enjoying myself.
I haven't managed to get all of my November holiday weight off (still got 2lbs to go)but that and getting to target is my focus for next year xx

Christmas time is a busy time of the year.
My December aim was to do as best as I could.
Enjoy the social events, spent time with family and made wonderful memories whilst trying as hard as I could to stay on plan x
I've not spent as much time on socials due to this but that's not a bad thing.
I've continued to weigh each week, and will weigh in next week for the last weigh in of fthe year as I am out on the 29th.
I've lost 2lbs over two weeks weighing in last week woth a 1.5lbs loss and tonight a 0.5lbs loss.
I am complete happy with that.
I've been to Tesco tonight and meal planned for the week ahead. I've only a lunch out on Saturday, so there's no reason to slip off plan.

It's been a crazy busy week with work and festive fun with the family so not had a chance to look over social media x
Popped for a weigh and go tonight and lost a good 1.5lbs.
Delighted with that x
4 stone 5lbs lost.
2stone 1lbs to target.
I want a good 5lbs off for Christmas. 2 weigh ins to go.

I've went a bit awol over the last few weeks x
I've had a lovely holiday and then a week relaxed on plan and time out and about with family.
I weighed in tonight and gained 4.5lbs.
I am determined to have this off by Christmas x
I've had a fab holiday and family time...
Time to get back on it......
