Food can be our greatest ally to help us heal and provide us with sustainable balance and health. Food is medicine. As a healthcare practitioner, with each patient, I am always thinking through how to dietarily nourish and nurture various channel energetics to balance and elevate our systems. What foods can we bring in, versus what we cut out; how can we nourish our fluids, our hormonal balance, our energy, and our drive. As younger demographics are affected more and more by pathologies that were seen previously much later in life, our food becomes one place where we can hone in to support our overall health. I am most grateful to all my patients for entrusting me with something so precious as their health, and their life’s journey; for being so open hearted and inspiring, vulnerable and strong alike; and for being my most profound teachers every day. Thank you so very much. I am so grateful to see you, hear you, and work with you all every day! Happy Thanksgiving!

"When you give the best you have to someone in need, it translates into something much deeper to the receiver. It means that they are worthy."

As a practitioner, I love this message and feel humbled and inspired. I feel grateful for my patient's trust and openness to the work, and mutual exchange of energy. I am so lucky for my everyday. My teacher's teacher statement: Qi is relationship

Return to Practice

After what was a most wonderful maternity leave, I resumed office hours in June. Thank you for all the well wishes! My practice hours are currently the following:

Manhattan: Wednesday 10am - 7pm (appointments outside these hours may be requested)

Brooklyn (Element Natural Healing): Thursday 2pm - 8pm

Forest Hills, Queens: Sunday 8am - 2pm & Monday 7am - 12pm (appointments outside these hours may be requested)

Due to the change of the rental structure in my Manhattan office, for the time being I will not have Saturday hours. I will update as hours are added back in.

I am looking forward to the chance to see each of you, and continue to be part of the care of your health and well-being! Please reach out and let me know how you are doing!

Very best,
Chelsea
