We provide a broad range of acute/episodic, preventive, and occupational healthcare, as well as family medicine at selected clinics. At FastMed, we have served as the front door of healthcare for our communities for the past 20 years. From our humble beginnings as a family-owned practice in Clayton, North Carolina, we have become one of the leading urgent care providers in the country. In addition to providing a comprehensive range of Urgent Care services, we support businesses of all sizes with Occupational Health services, and our expanding network includes Family Medicine clinics in North Carolina. In 2014, FastMed was awarded The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval®–a distinction that recognizes our commitment to the highest standards of healthcare quality and safety. Again, in 2023 we were reaccredited by The Joint Commission for our continued adherence to their standards. FastMed is one of the few independent urgent care operators in the nation to be honored with this distinction. Integral to our service philosophy is a simple idea that we call Compassionate Hospitality – that we should treat our patients the same way we would welcome guests into our home, but with the understanding that they should be treated with special empathy and thoughtfulness because many of them are not feeling well. Statewide Telemedicine:
Telemedicine is available to any North Carolina resident with an Internet connection. You do not need to be near a physical FastMed location. Details at www.fastmed.com/telemedicine

Asheville:
Reopened Today (10/4) in Biltmore Village. Open 9-6 Monday through Friday and 9-4 on Saturdays/Sundays during local curfew hours. 160 Hendersonville Road, Asheville

Boone:
Operating normal hours. 178 NC 105 Extension, Boone

Candler:
Reopening Tomorrow (10/5). Open 9-6 Monday through Friday and 9-4 on Saturdays/Sundays during local curfew hours. 511 Smokey Park Highway, Candler

Hendersonville:
Reopened earlier this week. Open 9-6 Monday through Friday and 9-4 on Saturdays/Sundays during local curfew hours. 825 Spartanburg Highway, Hendersonville, NC.
