There’s no diet that is permanent, unless your diet is part of your lifestyle. The word “Diet” consist of the food you normally consume or your eating style. It does not mean you cannot indulge in foods that you normally don’t eat. It’s simply a consistent eating plan that fits in your life/ goals.

Rediscovering myself has been a challenging journey since the loss of my son. I am now ready to move forward and embark on new beginning stages. The past couple of years have been difficult in maintaining my physical fitness, as no one anticipates death to strike so close to home. I have gained valuable insights about myself. Cheers to health !
Btw I’ve lost over 10lbs through exercise and diet. I’m getting closer to my goal fitness self
