Prestera Center provides general outpatient services to both children and adults, as well as specialized services for more intensive care. Additionally, Prestera Center offers a variety of addictions services including outpatient, detoxification, public inebriate services and both long and short term residential housing. This continuum of care allows our experienced clinical staff to offer the very best treatment within a fully integrated system developed to meet the individual needs of each client. If you ever find yourself or a loved one in need of our help, contact us at 1-877- 399-7776. Our page is not monitored 24/7, if you are in crisis please call the crisis number 1-800-642-3434. We have crisis workers oncall 24/7 and therapists oncall from 6pm-10pm every evening.

Melody has provided tireless service for many years throughout the agency. We want to recognize the most recent contribution to the facilities in preparation for CARF. Melody spent many hours organizing, planning, and carrying out the needed steps to make sure our facilities are clean, updated, and most importantly a safe and welcoming space for not only those that we serve but also those who work within the facilities. Melody not only supervised these tasks but spent many hours doing the physical work associated with these measures. She did this all with a smile.
