Motherwort is my desert island plant. When I turn to Motherwort I am usually experiencing overwhelm, a racing heart due to my nervous system being overstimulated (hello, we live on planet earth so that’s a common occurrence), or that sort of nervous butterfly stomach thing that happens to highly sensitive folks 👋 The positive effects are felt almost immediately. No exaggeration. I created a tasty elixir synergized with fennel seed. Harvested from a beautiful spot in woods I have developed a deep relationship with. Returning year after year to bless me with it’s soft protection.
