The oracle cards act as an instrument that helps guide and confirm the overall energy of your current life situation. This is not about fortune telling but rather acts as guidance so you can regain your personal power and live an authentic life. During a Tapping session, Gigi will guide you through the Emotional freedom technique. EFT consists of gently tapping on 9 meridian lines/pressure points on your body while concentrating on a specific issue or general problem. By doing so, you’ll be able to disassociate your emotions from past traumatic events and/or core beliefs. EFT is a natural and effective self-help tool for releasing pain, stress, fears, negative emotions and inner critic beliefs. A session with Gigi can consist of her using both oracle cards and EFT or one or the other depending on individual needs.
