To provide a venue for artistic expression, cooperative sharing of resources, and networking between diverse deaf and hearing persons. Mission Statement
To strengthen, enrich, educate and bring together deaf, hearing impaired, and hearing communities by nurturing accessibility, appreciation and support of, and participation in the various mass media such as cinema, music, publishing, television, visual arts, and the Internet.
