I do my client sessions completely virtually now and love the flexibility and the “home turf advantage” for both of us. Special thanks to my clients who tolerate my pant-less 4 year old occasionally wandering in looking for more goldfish 🙈 Have you had any funny or awkward telehealth experiences?

In therapy we talk about everything. Literally anything from obsessive thoughts to grief to memes that made you laugh earlier. And we come up with solutions and hope. You can say anything you want and never be judged. So whatever is on your mind

Send the text. Make the call. Check on your happy, strong friends. Vent with your sad, struggling ones. Ask how they really are. You don’t have to have all the solutions. Just let them know you see them and you care 💛
