We’re excited to announce that Intermed Labs will be participating in the 13th Annual WV Bioscience Summit in Morgantown, WV, on September 30, 2025!

This year’s summit, “Uniting Innovators. Driving Discovery,” brings together leaders, researchers, and creators across the Mid-Atlantic to explore breakthroughs in life sciences, spark new partnerships, and share innovations reshaping the field.

Intermed Labs is honored to take part in the “Accelerating Life Science Development” panel alongside other industry experts.

In honor of the 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, Intermed Labs team member Michelle Hopkins participated in Backpacks of Hope with the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties.

This annual event brings our community together to reflect on the spirit of service that arose from the tragedy of September 11, 2001. Volunteers assembled and distributed backpacks filled with food, hygiene items, and cleaning supplies to support underserved families.

At Intermed Labs, we honor the legacy of 9/11 by serving others.

We were honored to attend the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties Community Leaders’ Breakfast hosted at our client partner, Mon Health this morning.

A big thank you to David Goldberg, President & CEO of Mon Health, for welcoming leaders from across the region, and to Dave Thomas, President & CEO of Clear Mountain Bank, for serving as this year’s campaign chair.

Our team had the opportunity to attend the Accelerating Six Pillars of Excellence for West Virginia’s Economic Development event at Marshall University!

The sessions were filled with forward-thinking conversations on how we can work together to strengthen West Virginia’s future.

💡 From the Healthcare Pillar breakout, a few areas of focus that surfaced included:
• Statewide transportation challenges – improving access to appointments, prescriptions, and care in rural communities.
