Every morning, I make time for two simple rituals that bring me so much peace: sipping a warm cup of tea and journaling. There’s something beautiful about watching the steam rise from my cup, feeling the warmth in my hands, and letting my thoughts flow onto the page. It’s a gentle reminder to slow down, savor the moment, and reconnect with myself. These quiet moments, where the world falls away, fill me with mindfulness and gratitude. 🌿
