So this was cool!

I recorded a Light Healing that resulted in this visual image (left). and the next day my 2yo drew this, WITHOUT having seen mine!

I know it meant something to her because a few days later she pulled out the notebook, opened to this page, and laid it on the floor next to her while she was playing.

So here’s my question... And I’d love to know what you think:

If you’re a parent, or were raised by spiritually-conscious parents, what’s the MOST powerful thing to do now that will support keeping a child open in this way throughout her/his life?

Fire or fizzle? ...

I’m bringing something into my business for 2025 that [I think] is pretty special!

This new direction for my physical products is one of the reasons I’ve finally decided to close my Etsy shop, at the end of the month.

And so I had to ask myself... Am I a person who wants to let it fizzle, or do I want to end with a bang?? [Answer: bang. Haha ]

So this month only, before I close up (this) shop, I’ve listed all of my drinkware at 20 to 40 percent off. And once I close, these items and these specific energetic images will no longer be available ANYWHERE!

Yesterday David did a healing for me, which ended up including a land healing. Yesterday evening, we were gifted with a vertical rainbow followed by THIS SKY, which was incredibly affirming.

As you may know, we’ve been traveling across the country for the past year. And when we arrived in the Pacific Northwest, I finally (and for the first time) felt like I was home. This is where we’ll be staying... among the tall trees, surrounded by the deep forest.

I selected three images from our recent travels and infused them with deep healing frequencies for optimal health. The three together are designed to keep you in a consistent cycle of healing and renewal.

It's hard to hear people say "I'm going to have to live with this chronic condition forever.".... because I know that it’s possible to go beyond just managing the symptoms.

I’ve done it and it’s what I help my clients do. So, if you’re having trouble with a prolonged chronic condition, this Strategy might help:

There is SO much evidence out there telling you that chronic conditions can get worse, or statistically are very hard to treat. You might have even been told you may have to live with yours forever.... But there's also TONS of evidence around us to support the idea that it's POSSIBLE to recover.

So one strategy I use with clients is to LOOK FOR EViDENCE. The Universe is constantly showing us what's possible, if we look for it... and there is NO difference between anyone who HAS overcome a chronic illness, and YOU!

I could tell a million stories, but today I’m going to stick to mine...

because there was a time I felt completely hopeless when it came to my health. I had a chronic condition that left me exhausted, and struggling to walk. And the worst part was, after the periods of starting to feel a little better, I’d get sick all over again. I was beginning to wonder if it would ever go away for good.

And then, almost by ‘accident,’ I fell into the thing that changed everything. For reasons unrelated to trying to get better, I started coursework to become an Intuitive Healer. And I’ll tell you, I was doing Energy work pretty much every day.

I was doing this to learn to help others, but within a few months, I was actually better!

Since then, I’ve gone on to help people dealing with physical and emotional pain.... and I’ve discovered some patterns, and developed new techniques to use with my clients.

And I’ve been blessed to be a part of the truly miraculous changes some of my clients have experienced.

I was speaking with a woman at the beach the other day. Our kids connected, and we were chatting while they played.

I told her a little about what I do, and she shared she’s had a chronic physical condition almost her whole life. She also told me she’s had ‘no real trauma’ in her life.

At her request, I started doing a little work with her. Not too much... We’d just met and she wasn’t actually a client...

But I asked her a question that I frequently ask my clients who are dealing with recurring physical pain or troubling emotional situations:

"When is the very first time you remember feeling like this?"

And as we talked, she came to the realization that there was trauma in her childhood.

If you grew up experiencing abuse, neglect, or abandonment, or were exposed to addiction and violence, I want to acknowledge you for your experience. 🙏

For those of you who haven't had these types of experiences, but are still left feeling frustrated, or lost, because of your current situation, I'm here to tell you that you are not alone.

I've met so many women through my work who have what they'd call a 'normal' life and are still left feeling confused as to why their chronic pain keeps returning, or why they continue to feel unseen and frustrated in their relationships.

So whether you already have a sense of where it started, or you have absolutely no idea (or you're somewhere in between), I invite you to make a start by taking a cleansing breath and asking yourself, "When was the VERY FIRST TIME I felt this?" And then feel into what was happening around you then.

This is likely a good place to start your healing. 🩷
