What Worked Before, Isn't Working Now?
Change, good or bad, maybe the reason. Children, a career (or lack of), financial stability, relationships, mindset, accessibility, or your body all change and impact how you operate. Finding what works requires understanding what is currently going on and discovering the best fit for your end goal.
The fallacy in it working. It never actually worked. It produced a result, but not the one you truly were seeking. For example, quick fixes like pills to make you strong or detoxes to lose weight are not long-term solutions and only work when taken.
You are doing it wrong. Maybe you think you are following a program correctly, but you are not lifting the correct weight or not using the tracking apps correctly. Furthermore, not sleeping enough or having the proper mindset can prevent it from working.
