Treatment for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) depends on where the problem is coming from. The approach can change based on the exact cause, but overall we'll focus on mobilization to relieve the pain you're feeling. Then, teaching you how to continue those movements on your own in th future!

Think you might have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS)? One way we check is with the Roos Test.

Here’s how it works: Hold your arms up like a goalpost and open/close your hands for about three minutes. If you feel numbness, tingling, or weakness just like the symptoms you've been experiencing, it could be a sign of TOS.
