Elderberry syrup is one of our favorite ways to support little immune systems—especially during the sniffle season! 🍇 Rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, elderberries help the body stay strong and recover more quickly from colds and flus.

💧 Dosage & Ages:
Safe for children 1 year and older (because it’s made with honey)
For daily immune support: ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon once a day
During cold or flu symptoms: ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon every 2–3 hours
(For babies under 1 year old, avoid honey—ask your pediatrician about honey-free options.)
A spoonful a day keeps the sniffles away — and most kids love the taste! 💜
