This card is asking you to realise you have all the tools needed to get through whatever it is that is stopping you from moving forward.

The unexpected can sometimes seem a tad scary, but it is through the unexpected changes removing us from our comfort zone where the biggest growth takes place.
Remember to breathe as unexpected changes start to unfold. Flow freely with the change as it will lead you on the most amazing path.

I just came back from a few days away at the coast. Each morning, I sat with a friend to watch the magic of the Sun rising over the beach.

Now, the Sun put on an absolute banger of a show, yet what also stood out for me were the locals.

A couple of them were in the water before we got there each morning, waiting for the sun to rise (yes, it is winter). Others gathered together for a coffee and catch up, some to swim laps of the bay, some to walk with their dogs.

It really hit home about our mindset and how we start each day.
Every individual on that beach has chosen to start the day connecting with friends, with Sun, sand, and a smile.
Now, I do not know any of their stories, but I do know that not one of them stayed in bed feeling every ache or pain or isolating to focus on the negative they may be facing.

They all chose to start by doing what makes them happy. They chose to see the beauty of a new day, and they chose connection.

I acknowledge that not everyone can get to a beach every morning, but I do ask you to consider what it is that makes you happy, and better yet, are you doing it?

What will make your morning brighter and start your day with a smile?
Is it watching the sun rise, journalling, sitting in stillness or meditating, some form of excercise or movement, putting music on to sing and dance, enjoying your coffee/tea while listening to the birds? Maybe something that isn't in this short list.

We all are incredibly blessed to wake each morning, having the sun rise to let us know a new day is beginning.

Hi, I am Sheree, I thought I would introduce myself to those who are new here.

Some things about me:
* I am a proud mother of 2 amazing girls (23 and 15), Coco the cat, and Henry the cheeky Cavoodle.

*I am fiercely connected to the Moon, Sun, and Mother Earth. My happy place is bushwalking or by the beach.

* I have Functional Neurological Disorder. This suddenly appeared about 4 years ago and has honestly taught me so much about myself. It has and continues to connect me to myself, my body, and my mind.

*I love my alone time. I work to help support those going through really vulnerable tough times, and then I provide Spiritual guidance on the other days. So, for me, sitting in stillness, connecting to my thought/heart is a massive non-negotiable.

*Like you, I am still learning. I will forever be learning about myself and this crazy yet magical world we live in.

* I LOVE what I do. I love being able to connect to Spirit, passing on messages of love, support, and guidance. Allowing you to be the best version of you that you can be.
