VETERANS FOR TOMORROW MORTGAGE FUND

The primary mortgage funding is for the veterans, to mortgage finance, their land that the homes will be placed on. Veterans leveraging their modular homes as collateral receive mortgages issued to veterans, would be simple, fixed, low rate interest financing. This ensures the greatest economic opportunity to receiving veterans. This benefits the veterans, builds personal equity faster with out the burden of compounded interest rates from traditional financing sources reducing overall personal debt. The receiving veterans secures their first family home in a fraction of the time and at a much lower monthly rate. V4T will provide homes to veterans through a strategic relationship with DTN:

These homes are free to the receiving veteran. However the land in which the veteran's free home is situated on may need additional assistance to finance. V4T is positioned to underwrite such veteran home financing in a manner more efficient and more economical than traditional financing sources. Low interest, simple interest allows our veterans the opportunity of home ownership while building personal equity more rapidly that traditional finance options. All recovered funds are recycled through the lending model for future generations of veteran homeowners. VETERANS FOR TOMORROW ANGLE FUND

V4T Angel Fund is the financial arm of a multifaceted veterans outreach program. This platform is going to aid Veterans with their lifestyle needs, ensuring that the Veteran receiving a new home is also given the tools and support needed to be successful. Here are a few examples:

Job Placement Assistance

We will work with all branches of the US Armed Forces, to find and place military members in a career field once they begin their transitioning. We will work with other Veterans who have transitioned out of active service that are looking for Job Assistance. Leveraging existing relationships with Fortune 500 and 100 corporations to place veterans in appropriate positions. Schedule monthly and or Quarterly veteran networking sessions to help veterans identify opportunities and highlight their particular capabilities. Training for New Career Fields

If a Veteran is looking to transition into another career, we will be working with other brands that can help in this process. Having monthly and or Quarterly meetups to help in this area as well. Entrepreneurship

V4T Angel Funding will allow veterans the opportunity to establish their own veterans owned and operated business. Unlike traditional Angel funds, V4T relationship with the sponsored veterans is funded to be more favorable to the funded veteran, who is looking for a business to own and operate. Having monthly and or Quarterly meetups to help and network in this area as well. Mentorship

Having a support system in place to help mentor fellow Veterans, in business and in family to ensure long term success of the individual veteran. Assisting with reintegration into civilian society, for those in need of assistance. Seek to have local Licensed Professionals in the Health, Medical, and Psychological field to assist with the needs for the Veterans.
