I don’t teach women how to “appear” well.
I teach women how to actually become well.
Some folks want hacks, shortcuts, and surface-level fixes.
They want to “do the things” for the photo or some man, not for themselves or the transformation.

My work is not for women who:
❌ want to bypass the body
❌ want the appearance of healing
❌ want to “push through” everything
❌ want to perform strength to stay liked
❌ want band-aids instead of breakthroughs

My work is for women who:
✔ want to feel safe in their own skin
✔ want to break generational stress cycles
✔ want to regulate their nervous system
✔ want womb-centered wellness
✔ want eco-conscious aging
✔ want embodied, sustainable leadership

Insecure women want to be digestible, infantilized, treated equally and fairly.
Insecure women are performing womanhood.
The current state of womanhood is in the trash because yall care more about being liked instead of respected.

You don't want power nor autonomy. The autonomy you HAD, you made reckless, dumb sexual, romantic, or life decisions and then played victim damsel in distress.

Your rules, boundaries and expectations are delusional,paper thin, flimsy and non existent.

The only time you care about your body is when you are giving it away.

That is not power.

That is labor.

Powerful women shape society, using discernment, intuition, foresight, intention and strategy.

Powerful women understand that their bodies are a source of power, infrastructure and sacredness.

Powerful women do not care about equality or fairness.
Powerful women treat their bodies with the utmost respect and are intentional about ALL of their choices.

Being born with a womb comes with much responsibility.

The womb is power, must be treated and centered as such.

Yes, even if you no longer have a womb, that space still exists.

Set the boundary.
Set the rule.
Set the expectation.
Set the intention.
Create the self care strategies.
Stop auditioning.
Grow the fck up.
Save yourself.
Smell Urself.
