5 pounds for me is the difference between my jeans being comfortable and needing to be peeled off immediately 🤣

It’s also the small difference that literally can change how I feel overall.

5 pounds for ME can help ME with more :
- Energy
- Sleep
- Clearer Skin
- Flatter Belly
- Less Mood Swings
- Less Brain Fog

I’m not changing anything crazy because I know I won’t stick to it . I’m starting with SMALL changes over time that become habits.

If you know me you know I’ve always loved the endorphins of a good workout …. But a few years ago I found myself still dealing with a lot of issues even though I was doing all the “ right “ things.

I STILL had :
- migraines
- acne breakouts
- excess baby weight
- brain fog
- bloating
- stomach upset
- lack of energy

I finally did the 30 days to healthy living the right way - like LEGIT , cut out the crap and coffee 😩😩😩 and never felt better .

Did I return to coffee ? Yes but the healthy habits I gained sustained me for life . I use these tricks even on days I indulge and these habits help me FEEL my best . I know more about how my body reacts to certain foods and how to have the most energy to keep up with my own kids and the 70+ I teach everyday .
