Make sure you keep hydrated by drinking 8 cups of water or more slowly throughout the day! I watched an eye opening and informative video on the effects of dehydration. Keeping hydrated is vital to cell function and prevents such things as tiredness, dizziness, hunger, helps with moods and even prevents heart attacks and dementia! They say if your feeling thirsty, it’s an indication of already being dehydrated. Remember to drink water! 💧

It is one of a kind! This Friday will be 7 weeks for me being on the patch. My 2 yr. old grandson was over last Friday. He wanted me to help him set up & put together a wooden train track. So there I was crawling back forth all over the rug with him and lo & behold, I never got sore! Normally doing all that would’ve made me stiff and achey! Not a problem playing on the floor anymore with my grandkids! I thank the Lord for leading me to this photo therapy patch! I whole heartedly encourage everyone to get the X39 patch.
