During the COVID-19 Pandemic, building owners were forced to focus on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Many owners found that their Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems were outdated or poorly designed. Many buildings had structural issues that prevented good ventilation, and even more had HVAC systems with clogged or missing air filters, or some other challenge like excessive mold or rot.

Renewed attention on solving IAQ challenges include a better understanding of Comfortable, Healthy and Safe Air. We want people to recognize that the best IAQ demands that complementary systems are installed and maintained to achieve comfortable, healthy and safe air.
