I was trying to find an old picture of myself when I was at my highest weight, which was 40lbs more than I am now. It wasn’t until after I had chosen the pictures that I realized my heavier picture was taken in front of liquor bottles and my lighter picture was of me working out. That pretty much sums up the change. My habits and lifestyle are way different now and it is reflected in my health.

With that said I think it’s important to say that a heavier me wasn’t lazy, unfocused, unmotivated, unworthy or any of the other labels that get associated with body weight. I know from talking to people that sometimes they get down about how much they weigh. It should never be like that. Your self-worth should NEVER be tied to how much you weigh. I never blame anyone who struggles to lose weight either. They just haven’t found the right process for them yet. Picking my favorite hot sauce is like asking me to pick my favorite child. I love them all! After going I tried tons of new things for the first time, including new hot sauces and spices. These 3 are my starting lineup right now. My recent addiction to Hot Ones is really upping my sauce consumption and I'll be going even hotter very soon.
