As we treat chronic ailments, it often takes a few days to show noticeable results. Individual recovery power varies too.

Although we have a set programme of twice a day Massage ( Marma and Neck Connection Massage) , Yoga, Meditation, Diet and daily walks on the beach and swimming in the sea ( optional), the day is packed. The treatment is intensive and so the results come sooner.

For example, sciatica/ backache takes 7-10 days to cure on a average. Stroke, about 6-8 weeks, depending on the severity.
