As things change and we grow ,so do things around us. Things from the past all play an important role part of our lives . But what served you then may nolonger serve you now. Putting energy into something now that has passed and had its time, may nolonger serve you now. It’s like out growing your shoes or a snake shedding its old skin. Where attention goes energy flows. Is looking into the pain from the past now serving you well or keeping you in pain? Pain is pain either we can learn something from it or relive it over and over long after the moment is gone. The choice is ours. Sometimes we are scared if we let it go we might be left with nothing, but in reality we are left with less pain.

As some of you who follow me might of noticed over time things change. Circumstances, situations we grow evolve and become more aware of ourselves and things around us. Things unfold and it starts to make more sense. You learn things that have always been but hidden from us. But once you start become aware you can’t pretend to still be asleep. This is what happened when I started to walk the path of new shamanism. It took the blindfold off and let me see more clearly in a healthy way.
